Using Pata Karao

Pata Karao is free for businesses to list themselves, post requests and offers, and contact each other.
You're responsible for the account you create and everything posted from it.

Only list businesses, products and services that are real, and keep your details up to date.
Only post photos and files you have the right to share.
Rate a business only if you have actually dealt with it, and keep ratings honest.
Only claim a profile that belongs to your business.

The Pata Karao team may edit or remove listings, replies, ratings or profiles that break these rules, and may suspend accounts.
Anyone can report a listing, and every report is reviewed.

Only companies the team has verified can post jobs, and only for real openings at their own company.
A company must never ask anyone for money to apply, for an interview, for training, for a uniform or for registration. A company that does loses its verification and its jobs.
Business accounts can't apply for jobs. People apply from a personal account.
Use an applicant's details only to hire for the job they applied for.
Pata Karao helps people and companies find each other. Hiring, pay and working conditions are agreed between the company and the person, and Pata Karao is not a party to them.
The team may remove any job, and may remove a company's verification at any time.

Pata Karao helps businesses find each other. Prices, quality, delivery and payment are agreed directly between the businesses involved, and Pata Karao is not a party to those agreements.
Check a business before you work with it: look at its photos and ratings, whether it is verified, and ask for samples.

These terms may be updated as the site grows. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
